This wine has lots cherries and strawberries with a bit of sun dried tomatoes and slight balsamic. It has vanilla and an earthiness in the nose. Nice bright acidity. The 2016 Sangiovese will pair with most Tuscan dishes including osso buco, pizza and even better, a nice ribollita (flavorful bread soup-awesome).
Very pleasant with lots of plum and black cherries this wine also hints of violets and sage. It has moderate tannin and a nice finish. Try it with a medium rare blue cheese burger or with a juicy, fatty brisket that has been slow cooked for hours.
Riper and bigger tannins for this Tempranillo - it has pomegranate flavors along with the black cherry and black berry fruit. You'll also not hints of blond tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla.
Harvested in mid-October, the Cabernet Franc grapes from this unique Napa Valley appellation were fermented spontaneously and then aged for 32 months in French Oak. Derek then blended the Cabernet Franc with Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon to create this amazing wine.
This is our first Pinot Noir - the red fruity brightens across the palate with raspberry and spice balanced by the French toasted oak aromas. It is soft and silky through the middle and finishes leaving a juicy memory in the mouth with just the right acidity and a pleasant mouth-feel.
